NARISHA DAYANAND
TREASURY & CONTROL ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

Narisha is a Charted Accounted with a BCom Honours in Accounting from the University of Natal. She later furthered her qualification with a Higher Diploma in Taxation from Unisa. After completing her articles at PWC, she joined Diners Club as a Financial Manager. Following this she worked in Mergers and Acquisition in Strategic Investment and Alliance Department, a division within Standard Bank.

She joined ATM Solutions in 2011 as the Treasury Manager managing and accounting for all cash at all times, across various banks. She took on her current role in June 2021.

FRANS SWANEPOEL
ATM SOLUTIONS DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR: INDIRECT OPERATIONS

With a B.Econ from UFS and a B.Com Hons in Logistics from UNISA, Frans joined ATM Solutions as the General Manager of Indirect Operations in 2008. He was promoted to Operations Director for ATM Solutions from 2009 to 2019. Currently the Divisional Director: Indirect Operations at ATM Solutions, Frans oversees the company’s supply chain which includes Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution, Repair Centres, Procurement, and Fleet Management. He is also responsible for Security Services and Security Solutions. Before working at ATM Solutions, Frans was the General Manager of Logistics and General Manager of Supply Chain Management at City Power Johannesburg from 2001 to 2004, the Head of Procurement at Standard Bank from 2005 to 2007, and a Procurement Executive at Transaction Capital from 2007 to 2008.

JOANNE WARRINGTON
ATM SOLUTIONS DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR: FINANCE

Joanne joined ATM Solutions in 2001 as the Financial Manager and took over the role of Financial Executive in 2007.  She brings a wealth of experience in areas such as implementation of financial processes and controls, financial reporting, budgetary oversight and the costing of new business.  She holds various accounting degrees and diplomas from both Unisa and CIMA.

ROB ROGAN
ATM SOLUTIONS DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR: COMMERCIAL

With a BA in Law and Economics from WITS, a PDM in Business Administration from WITS and a MBA from UCT, Rob began his career at Standard Corporate and Merchant Bank (SCMB). He then moved to I-Commerce, the business development and consulting arm of Dimension Data.

Previous roles include Global Manager of Acquisitions and Integration, and Global Manager of Sales and Marketing at Dimension Data, as well as being the Commercial Director of Dealerships at Super Group.

Rob is currently the Commercial Director of ATM Solutions, where he oversees the company’s key accounts , customer engagement and stakeholder management . He is also responsible for managing the performance of the regional branches.

DEAN TUCKER
SALES EXECUTIVE: ATM SOLUTIONS

Dean holds a BCom Finance Honours from Wits University. He started his business career at Investec and RMB Private Bank before joining Paycorp in 2006.

He has been responsible for various departments including Customer Relations, Sales and Business Development for ATM Solutions.
With over a decade of experience in the payments services industry he has a sound knowledge of the various processing and market requirements for ATMs.

GARY LEVIN
ATM SOLUTIONS DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR: DIRECT OPERATIONS

Gary, a qualified Chartered Accountant, completed his  articles at PKF, after which he stayed on in the role of Group Audit Manager. He has been involved with ATM Solutions since January 2005, during which time he has been responsible for various operational roles across the business, including Customer Support, Cashing,  Field Services, Treasury, Risk Management & Investigations, as well as managing key banking, CIT and insurance relationships.

Gary currently oversees the Core Operations of the company.

JILL COLLING
HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE: PAYCORP

After gaining a BCom Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of Port Elizabeth, Jill began her career in the recruitment industry before focusing on organisational development at Lodge Holdings. While there, she was promoted to National Human Resources Manager, before joining ATM Solutions as Human Resources Manager in 2005.

Jill manages the HR Department of Paycorp, where she focuses on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, leadership and skills development.

Francois Pretorius
Indirect Operations Executive: ATM Solutions

A qualified Industrial Engineer, Francois holds an Honours degree from the University of Pretoria and a CSCP qualification from APICS. He joined Paycorp as Executive: Indirect Operations in September 2022 from Averge Technologies where he headed up the team responsible for Supply Chain. He has expertise and experience in Operations Management, Warehousing, System Implementation, Supply and Demand Management, Inventory Control, Logistics and Business Engineering.

BRONWYN WATT
MARKETING EXECUTIVE: PAYCORP

With a BCom in Marketing from the University of Cape Town, Bronwyn has extensive experience in design, branding, communication, marketing, advertising and strategy.

From 2001 to late 2004, Bronwyn was instrumental in the global rebranding of both Barloworld and Sasol. As the Group Marketing Manager for Sasol, she was responsible for Sasol corporate and retail branding, advertising and sponsorships. After six years she left the corporate world to form Brand Wisdom, a strategic brand and marketing consultancy. Bronwyn joined Paycorp in July 2011 as Marketing Executive.

GAVIN REUBENSON
CIO: PAYCORP

Gavin joined Paycorp in 2000 having previously worked for First National Bank. Holding various positions within Paycorp over the last 20 years he is now the Group CIO and is also responsible for the group’s business development functions which is focused on product and regional expansion. He has gained experience across multiple payments streams over the last 24 years, including ATMs, merchant acquiring, issuing, and other value added services.

He prides himself on delivering the best customer experience across Paycorp’s various payment solutions, ensuring that people always have convenient and safe access to their money.

LAWRIE BROZIN
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Lawrie has a BCom degree and a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Wits University, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has a superior working knowledge of business management, mergers and acquisitions in particular.

Lawrie is the Chief Financial Director of Brimstone Investment Corporation and holds various directorships at companies including Nando’s.

DAVID LAWRENCE
NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

David worked at Citibank South Africa as an economist and foreign exchange trader before being appointed Chairman and Managing Director of the company. Following the acquisition of Citibank by First National Bank, he was appointed Managing Director of the newly formed FirstCorp Merchant Bank.

In 1996, David joined Investec as Managing Director of Corporate and Investment Banking. Today, he is Deputy Chairman as well as the director of several companies including the JSE, WWF South Africa and African Oxygen Limited.

WAYNE ABRAMSON
CEO: ATM SOLUTIONS

With a BCom (Cum Laude) and a BAcc from Wits University, Wayne qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1997 after serving his articles at Arthur Andersen. Following this, he worked on mergers, acquisitions and in corporate finance within the investment banking division of Gensec Bank, all while completing his CFA.

Wayne joined ATM Solutions in February 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and took on his current role of Chief Executive Officer in January 2007.

STEPHEN HOCHSTADTER
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: PAYCORP

Stephen holds a B Acc. CA (SA) and joined Paycorp as CFO in March 2008. In 2011, he moved into the position of Group COO (Finance and Operations) until July 2021. He is now Non-Executive Director of Paycorp and sits on the group Remuneration, Audit and Social and Ethics Committees. He is a member of the Executive Committee, a Trustee of the Paycorp Empowerment Trust and consults to the group on strategic matters.

Having worked in both listed and unlisted groups including Metro Cash and Carry, W&A/FSI Group, Forza/CMH Group and CMH Marine and Leisure, Stephen has worked at a senior management level in the retail, distribution and services industries.

Through various roles including Group Financial Director, Commercial Director and Managing Director, Stephen has extensive experience in all financial, operational and corporate aspects of business.

GERT VORSTER
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: PAYCORP

Gert is a Chartered Accountant with a BCom degree (Accounting) and BCom (Honours in Accounting) from RAU. After completing his articles at PWC, Gert worked as an Internal Auditor at JCI and SABC before becoming the Manager of Actuarial Information at Momentum Life. Following this, he was appointed as Chief Operating & Chief Executive Officer of RMB Unit Trusts & RMB Investment Services.

In 2001, Gert was appointed as Chief Operating & Chief Financial Officer of RMB Asset Management before moving on to become a shareholder and executive director of the Riskscape Group. He joined Paycorp as Chief Financial Officer in January 2014 until 2021. Gert remains a non-executive director on the board of directors.

STEVEN KARK
CEO: Paycorp

Steven is the co-founder and Group CEO of Paycorp, a South African based international payments company. Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wits University (Johannesburg) and a Post Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from London’s Thames University (now University of West London).

Steven co-founded Paycorp and the group’s main operating subsidiaries – ATM Solutions in 1999, DrawCard in 2004 and EFTPOS in 2005.

In addition to his role as Paycorp CEO, Steven is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation, a founding member of ATMIA Africa, and currently the Vice Chairman of the Association of Payment System Operators (ASO) – and was Chairman from 2006 to 2020.
